As a company committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism, we adhere strictly to the regulations set forth by the Texas Secretary of State governing notary services. This ensures that our notarial acts are conducted in accordance with the law, safeguarding the legality and authenticity of the documents we notarize.

Clients are encouraged to seek independent legal advice for any matters requiring legal interpretation or representation. Our role is to facilitate the execution of legal documents in compliance with state regulations, providing a reliable and efficient service to support our clients' needs.

Identification and Verification

ER Mobile Notary and Loan Signing Sevice, LLC, adheres strictly to the regulations outlined by the Texas
Secretary of State regarding identification verification for notarization purposes. In accordance with these
regulations, we require all signers to present a valid form of identification before any documents can be notarized.
Valid identification must be government-issued and include a photograph, signature, and current information
that can be used to verify the signer's identity. Acceptable forms of identification typically include driver's
licenses, state-issued identification cards, passports, and military IDs.
Our commitment to upholding these identification standards ensures the integrity and legality of the
notarization process, protecting both our clients and our business from potential fraud or legal complications.

Pricing

As a registered mobile business, we offer flexible and
convenient services tailored to our clients' needs. Please be advised that prices for our services vary depending
on factors such as time, date, and location. Please be aware that exceeding the scheduled appointment time may
result in supplementary charges . We prioritize efficiency and strive to deliver exceptional service to all our clients.
Our notary prices are inclusive of various expenses incurred during the service provision process. This includes
gasoline, mileage, and the time required for our team to travel to your specified location. Alternatively,
appointments can be scheduled to meet at our office, though please note that our office operates primarily by
appointment only.
Additionally, our notary service rates encompass the cost of notarizing your documents, ensuring that all
necessary legal formalities are properly executed and documented.

Cancelations

We adhere to the regulations set forth by the Texas Secretary of State to ensure the integrity of our notary
services. If, at the time of an appointment, any of our Notary Publics determine that a signer, regardless of their
age, is unable to adequately identify themselves with their name, age, or any information from their valid
photograph ID, notary service will be denied. This adherence to competency standards is paramount to
safeguarding legal documents and maintaining compliance with state guidelines.
In the event of a denied notary service due to competency issues, as well as any accompanying witnesses provided
by our Consulting department, the appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the original appointment
fee. We believe this policy reflects our commitment to upholding regulatory requirements while also respecting
the time and resources invested in scheduling appointments.

Appointment Scheduling

To optimize efficiency and ensure punctuality in our service delivery, we operate on a strict 30-minute appointment window policy. This policy allows us to allocate
sufficient time for each client while accommodating unforeseen delays and maintaining our commitment to
timeliness.
Clients are kindly requested to adhere to their scheduled appointment times to facilitate smooth operations
and minimize disruptions to our schedule. While we strive to accommodate any necessary adjustments, please
note that deviations from the agreed-upon appointment time may result in rescheduling or additional fees. 

Late Fee

We adhere to a strict ‘punctuality policy’ to uphold our commitment to timely and efficient service delivery.
We understand the value of our clients' time and aim to honor every appointment with punctuality and
professionalism. Each appointment is carefully scheduled for a 30-minute time slot, allowing for thorough
attention to detail while respecting both our clients' schedules and our own operational efficiency. In the event
of tardiness, defined as arriving more than 10-15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, we reserve the
right to charge :

LATE FEE of $35.00  

NO SHOW/ NO SIGN $75.00

LATE CANCELATION FEE $25.00

Exceeding Appointment Time

Our commitment to punctuality extends to the careful management of each appointment within our allocated
30-minute time slots. We understand the significance of respecting both our clients' schedules and our own
operational efficiency. Should a situation arise where the service provided exceeds the allotted time, we reserve
the right to charge an additional fee. This fee varies depending on factors such as location, complexity of the task,
and any extenuating circumstances. By adhering to our 30-minute time slot and offering transparency
regarding potential additional costs, we aim to maintain the highest standards of professionalism while
providing exceptional service tailored to our clients' needs.

Witness Service

As part of our consulting department we offer witness services. We understand that some signing parties may
require witnesses for their document signings but may not have one readily available. In such cases, we offer
witness services to ensure the legality and validity of the signing process.
Our policy dictates that if the signing party is unable to provide a witness, we will provide one upon request.
It is important to note that our witness services are offered as a convenience to our clients and are subject to
availability. While we strive to accommodate all requests, we recommend informing us of the need for a
witness at the time of scheduling to ensure adequate arrangements can be made.

Payment

We prioritize seamless collaboration and transparency in
all our services. To ensure a successful partnership and efficient delivery of our services, we require upfront
payment in full before commencing any work. This policy applies to all services provided by our company,
without exceptions.
We encourage payments to be made in cash, as it allows for immediate confirmation of payment and
eliminates additional processing fees.
For clients opting to pay with credit or debit cards, please note that an additional fee will be applied based on
the total amount of the service. This fee covers the processing costs associated with card transactions and will
be communicated transparently before payment is processed.

Payment Fees

We offer various payment methods for your
convenience, including credit cards, debit cards, Cash App, Square, Venmo, and Zelle. However, please note
that a processing fee will be applied to certain payment methods to cover associated costs.
For transactions made using Cash App, Square, and Venmo, we reserve the right to charge an additional $5 fee
for every $100.00 paid by credit card for any service provided to customers. This fee includes the 3% charge by
Square, as well as an additional 1.75% for immediate payment transfer. This fee is imposed to cover transaction
fees imposed by these payment platforms.
Conversely, payments made through Zelle will not incur any additional fees.
